Job Description
Project/Product Engineer will be responsible for execution of project assigned to him from the Engineering Manager. While he will be supported by CFT to discharge his functions, he will be primary person responsible for leading, directing the CFT defined for designated project. The Inputs to the Project/Product Engineer shall be: Commercial Dossier (Order, Nomination and Assignment) and information of Grupo Antolin strategic needs if any and following deliverables are expected from him: The Project/Product Engineer is responsible for: • Compliance with Customer’s Requirements related to Timing and Quality • Validation on time of the Manufacturing Processes. • Improvement of Project Profitability. • Preparation of all process documentation during project stage. • Execution of APQP process during product development stage. • Execution of PSW and submission of PPAP documents on time • Management of all process / product modification during project and serial production. • He shall carry out his activities related to project management in accordance with following Grupo Product Safety and Regulatory Requirements Projects Management Project Manager and Project Team Appointment Products Coding System Control Plan Process Development – Industrialisation Process F.M.E.A Process Validation First Samples to Customer Pre-serial and First Production Batch Tooling Management Packaging Definition Product – Process Change in development Phase Product Development Validation Product F.M.E.A Product Documentation Management Suppliers PPQA Monitoring(supporting function) First Samples from Suppliers(supporting function) Documents to Support the Processes Laboratory Management(supporting function) Control and Testing Devices Management Projects/Investments Analysis and Approval Continual Improvement Serial Product Change Corrective preventive actions Statistical Techniques
