Property Manager – The person should be in mid thirties with exposure on leasing of the properties, executing lease agreements, collecting lease rents, finding prospective customers, liaison with reality brokers, government authorities and other property management work. Generally person having experience of working with property consultants or property management companies would be considered.
The compensation would be in the range of 4 to 6 lacs ctc p.a.
