At Jobskarma placements are our passion.We are in the business simply because we love it.Perhaps the most satisfying moment has been in placing a physically challenged girl, who had no hands and feet.I remember her words when she walked into our office "I am good thats why I will be selected in any job and interview that you send me and not because I am physically challenged".Seeing her grit and determination we sent her for an interview.Being a BPO she did all the mandatory tests a candidate would have to undergo.She was selected for the job.
Later I got a call from HR, they were moved to tears seeing her speed in typing on the computer keyboard, also she was much faster than most of the employees that the company had on its roll.
