MANAGER ENGINEERING

The Engineering Manager is responsible for:

- Analysing production processes using appropriate methodology to be as lean as possible.

- Liaising with management team and customer to ensure continuing compliance of product to customer requirements.

- Involvement with investment proposals for improvement of plant operation processes.

- Responsible for maintenance function with plant.

- Ensuring that routine and ad hoc maintenance activities are undertaken to ensure machines are in good operating condition

- Ensure engineering team is trained in their responsibilities, in relevant aspects of Total Quality Management, and are given opportunities to develop.

- Ensure that UET is undertaken on a monthly basis (minimum)

- Responsible together with Production of Efficiency improvement of the assembly lines.

- Create and update materials/BOM /routings in SAP system

- Coordinate changes required by the client in product/process (VRT)

- Create and update process/product documentation and other relevant documentation (Process instructions, PFMEA, etc.)

- Technical Management of Installations and Equipment.

- Assist in multi-function teams for continuous improvement

- SAP System Implementation

- Perform all duties as describe in GA internal procedures.

- Report monthly Key Performance Indicators before 5th of every month.

Responsible to support commercial activities within organisation. (Offers management)

Educational Qualification- B.E.(Mechanical)

Experience- 07 t0 15 years

Salary- 8 to 10 lacs P.A
